All of Martin’s sauces and most dishes are vegetarian, lactose-free and gluten-free. We use no MSG and very little oil. Our freshly ground spices and sauces are prepared daily. Your bowl is cooked to order and served steaming fresh.
On any given Saturday, you’re likely to see Martin at Western Wake Farmers’ Market, stocking up on local produce for the kitchen. We care about buying locally and eating local foods. It’s good for the economy, and it’s good for your health. Martin is also involved with Advocates for Health in Action, an organization with a cause he is invested in.
